If there are these abnormal phenomena, the possible causes should be further analyzed. Possible causes include: power supply voltage instability, motor damage, gear falling off or excessive friction, etc. For different reasons, we need to take different solutions. For example, if the power supply voltage is unstable, we can check whether the circuit connection is normal and whether there is a bad contact; if the motor is damaged, we need to replace or repair the motor, etc.

 

Listen to the bearing noise Normal sound has no continuous metal sound of high and low; the ring sound is softly generated by the rotation of roller or ball with the ring and contains irregular metal sound independent of rotational speed. If the sound becomes smaller or disappears after adding lubricating oil, it has no effect on the operation; the crack sound is due to the crack on the surface of the bearing, and its period is proportional to the rotation speed. When bearing cracks occur, they must be replaced quickly before developing to overheating and sintering. Secondly, there is the sound issued in the roller bearing, which will disappear after adding lubricating oil. The sound of the roller falling is due to the motor with gear reduction in the horizontal rotation, can not be heard in normal operation, low speed can be heard, especially clear when the sound, no obstruction to the operation.

Listen to rotor noise First, the primary cause of noise is the frictional force generated during mechanical motion. In the process of use, due to the influence of various factors, there will be some friction between the mechanical parts, which leads to the generation of rotor noise. At this point, we can inject some lubricating oil into the mechanical parts, which can effectively reduce the noise. Another important reason is the wear between the mechanical parts. Listen to electromagnetic noise When the motor is running, its magnetic field always exists, and this magnetic field is the main cause of electromagnetic noise. In the gear reducer motor, there are mainly two types of electromagnetic noise: one is the magnetic field noise caused by the change of the electromagnetic field of the motor, the other is the mechanical noise caused by the movement of gear and bearing. Among them, the change of the motor electromagnetic field is the main source of noise. When it is running, the current of the motor is constantly changing, so the electromagnetic field will also be constantly changing, thus producing a certain electromagnetic wave. When these electromagnetic waves react with the external environment, they will produce electromagnetic interference, thus forming electromagnetic noise. The cause of this electromagnetic interference is mainly caused by the irregular circuit structure and current changes inside the motor.
