What Is The Maintenance Method Of The Vacuum Pump?

After long-term use of the rotary vane vacuum pump, the degree of vacuum decreases, the seal leaks oil, the vacuum pump stagnates or even "stucks", the oil pollution is serious, and the pump wall is rusted. The sound of the large blades rotating, the pressure in the vacuum pump chamber and the scratching of hard objects, cause abnormal phenomena such as overheating of the vacuum pump. When this phenomenon occurs, it means that the vacuum pump must be removed for cleaning, so how should the vacuum cleaner be cleaned?

1. Turn off the power and remove the vacuum pump from the vacuum system.

2. Discharge and collect dirty oil under pressure to avoid polluting the environment.

3. Remove product key from belt and pulley (two-stage vane vacuum pump includes belt).

4. Remove the lower vacuum end, remove the rear cover, then remove the lower vacuum rotor, rotating vanes and springs.

5. Remove the front cover and remove the high vacuum rotor and valve.

6. Remove the rearview mirror, exhaust valve, exhaust system cover, etc.

7. Clean the dismantled metal parts carefully with gasoline, and degrease them with alcohol (note: the plastic parts can be boiled and degreased with 15% sodium fluoride). It is used for worn or rusted parts. Lightly sand with a whetstone or metallographic sandpaper to remove rust and burrs. Cleaned parts should be dried first.

8. When reinstalling, install the rear stage first, install the spring and rotary vane on the rotor, and then put it into the vacuum chamber. Install the front wall, then install the dowels and tighten the screws evenly and symmetrically. After assembly, the rotation should be flexible and even. After installing the front rotor and rear cover, install the exhaust valve (the exhaust valve should be next to the valve) and other components.
