What Should I Do If The Speed Regulation Of The Gear Motor Fails?
Leave a message
Micro motors are widely used, how to adjust the speed of micro gear motors? The speed of the geared motor can be adjusted by adjusting the voltage input, but there are errors in the process of speed regulation, such as speed regulation failure. How to solve the speed regulation fault of the geared motor?
There are two ways to adjust the speed of the geared motor, one is to adjust the amount of DC voltage, and the other is to adjust the excitation magnetic flux to control the speed of the miniature geared motor.

Common mistakes in geared motor speed regulation:
1. Poor contact between the brush and the slip ring: repair the contact part between the brush and the slip ring, grind the working surface of the brush, adjust the pressure of the brush, and rotate the surface of the slip ring;
2. When winding, the number of turns is too much: rewind according to the correct number of turns;
3. The local coil is wrongly connected or the stator and rotor are wound: check the faulty coil and make the correct wiring;
4. Poor contact of the wound rotor brush or starting varistor: check the contact part of the brush and the starting varistor;
5. The delta connection of the motor winding is wrongly connected to the star connection: it can be changed to the delta connection to solve the problem;
6. One-phase open circuit of the winding rotor: check the open circuit with a calibration lamp or a multimeter, and remove the fault;
7. The power supply voltage is too low: Check the motor input voltage with a voltmeter, and adjust it after confirming that the power supply voltage is too low.
The above are some simple solutions to determine the fault of gear motor speed regulation. For more information, stay tuned to Vshida Micro motor.
