VSD is a manufacturer focusing on providing customized Coreless Motors for global customers, with more than 10 years of industry experience and more than 10,000 square meters of production plant. We are committed to providing high quality Coreless Motor solutions for customers with different needs, and currently offer two series of products: brushless DC and brushed DC.
Our Coreless Motors can support a wide range of voltage options, including 3.7V, 4.2V, 6V, 7.4V, 12V, 18V, and 24V, with motor diameters ranging from 08mm to 40mm, and motor lengths from 15mm to 109mm. In addition, our motors are available in speeds ranging from 1,000 rpm to 92,000 rpm to meet diverse application needs.
The core technology of Coreless Motors lies in the precision winding process. In order to ensure the quality of our products, VSD has introduced state-of-the-art fully automated winding equipment and invested heavily in research and development each year to continually improve the technology of hollow-cup motors. We focus on utilizing the most advanced hollow-cup technology in order to provide our customers with higher performance motor products.
In addition, our Coreless Motors utilize neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnet materials and high-precision bearings to ensure that the motors have low noise and vibration characteristics during operation, while greatly improving the efficiency and service life of the motors. We also pay special attention to avoiding the cogging effect in the motors, which further enhances the running stability of the motors.
VSD's Coreless Motor products can be customized to meet specific customer needs. We offer a wide range of customization options including speed, mounting holes, size, material, output ports and more to ensure that each motor is perfectly suited to the customer's application scenario.

In order to enhance the manufacturing efficiency and quality of hollow-cup motors, we have specialized in separating the production plants for brushed motors and brushless motors independently in 2024.
