Common motor grease precautions?

The purpose of micro-motor lubrication is to reduce friction and wear; lubricating oil can also take away the heat generated by friction, thereby reducing the temperature of the friction surface and cooling. There are many types of micro-motors, and the choice of grease for general motors depends on Depending on bearing type, number of revolutions and temperature, load, etc. Therefore, lubricating greases with different quality requirements must be selected according to the operating conditions of mechanical equipment. So what should we pay attention to when using grease for micromotors?

The purpose of using grease in micro motors is to prevent the loss of lubricant and the intrusion of external dust and moisture into the bearing. Attention must be paid to sealing during use. Bearing seals are divided into two categories: contact seals and non-contact seals. Motor bearing seals mostly use non-contact gap seals.
The micro-motor grease should not be added too much or too little. Generally, it accounts for about 1/3~1/2 of the bearing chamber volume. For some bearings with low speed and light load, you can add more, while for bearings with high speed and heavy load Bearings can be added less.

Different types of motor grease cannot be mixed, and the grease must be cleaned when replacing the grease.
Grease should be added after the motor bearing runs for 1000~1500 hours, and the grease should be replaced after running for 2500~3000 hours.
