The core component of new energy vehicles: battery three-in-one system. Power batteries are the energy source for electric vehicles. In the charge and discharge process, the battery itself will produce a certain amount of heat, leading to a temperature increase, which will affect many characteristic parameters of the battery, such as internal resistance, voltage, SOC, available capacity, charge and discharge efficiency and battery life. Battery thermal effect problems can also affect the performance and cycle life of the vehicle. Therefore, good thermal management is very important for the battery performance and life. As the power source of the vehicle, the charging and discharging heat of the new energy vehicle power battery will always exist. The performance of the power battery is closely related to the battery temperature. In order to extend the service life of the power battery as far as possible and obtain the maximum power, the battery must be used within the specified temperature range. In principle, the power battery unit is in an operating state within-40℃ ~55℃ (the actual temperature of the battery). Therefore, the current new energy power battery units are equipped with cooling devices. Power battery cooling system includes air conditioning circulating cooling, water cooling and air cooling. The water-cooled power battery cooling system uses a special coolant to flow through the coolant line outside the power battery to transfer the heat generated by the power battery to the coolant. The coolant takes away the heat generated and pressurizes the coolant through the pump to realize round-trip circulation, thus continuously reducing the temperature of the power battery.
