What Is The Difference Between A Miniature Geared Motor And An Ordinary Motor?

The integrated reducer and motor are called "gear motors". This integrator is also commonly referred to as a geared motor or geared motor and is usually integrated and assembled by a reputable reducer manufacturer. What is the difference between a geared motor and an ordinary motor?

The difference between a gear motor and a normal motor usually depends on the presence of a gear reducer. A normal motor has a through shaft, all its parts are enclosed, and its power goes directly to the engine's ring gear. It also has copper bushings instead of front and rear bearings. The planetary reduction mechanism is located in front of the motor and is divided into two parts by needle roller bearings and single groove ball bearings. Gear motors have a longer lifespan than ordinary motors.

The gear reducer is installed in front of a standard DC motor to form a gear motor, which is usually a normal DC motor. Equipment used for low-speed, high-torque transmission usually uses a reducer. By meshing the large gear on the output shaft of the reducer with the gear with a limited number of teeth on the input shaft, the power of the motor, internal combustion engine or other high-speed operation is obtained.

Geared motors are carefully processed for positional accuracy. The geared motor constituting the gear transmission assembly is equipped with a variety of motors, forming mechatronics, which fully guarantees the quality attributes of the product. The difference between a geared motor and an ordinary motor is as described above. If you would like to know more about micro motors, please contact us.
